
Civil Litigation Attorney

We are currently seeking attorneys who are looking to specialize in general litigation; civil experience required. We are looking for knowledgeable attorneys with one to three years of experience together with the ability to draw up legal documents and manage and advise clients on legal matters.
The duties of this position include presenting and summarizing cases to judges and juries, preparing legal briefs and opinions and examining legal data to determine advisability of defending or prosecuting. This candidate must also have the ability to gather evidence to formulate defense or to initiate legal actions, analyze the probable outcomes of cases using knowledge of legal precedents, interpret laws, rulings and regulations and negotiate settlements of civil disputes.
Reading comprehension, writing skills, judgment and decision-making skills and critical thinking are all required for this position. This is an excellent career opportunity for the success minded practitioner.
